Outline application and masterplan

Richards Urban Design prepared a masterplan and outline planning application for 430 dwellings and a new woodland park on land on the western edge of Uckfield, known as Downlands Farm. The project involved creating a web based consultation site which allowed the community to understand and respond to the scheme.
